Default A few pics of my soon to be new House!

Closing on it March the 12th!

1956 sqft,3 bedrooms,2 baths, fireplace, beautifull woodwork, formal dining room,on 2 lots with a full rear deck and privacy fence.A little smaller than what we were first looking at but love the location and the interior.

Damn lance, nice place..but the yard needs some tending to.

It'd look better with a black terminator in the driveway, too.

Yeah you really need to track down your Cobra and put it in that garage...

Sick house. Exactly what i want some day. Not too big, not too small. Two car garage. Perfect.

Nice Lance looks like a really nice home. Good luck with the move! Looks like a nice big yard in the back to. On a golf course? Or is it just open land

Yep, that's a really nice looking house. Nice square footage too. Wish mine was a little bigger than my 1600 SF. New house is always nice to have and make it yours. Little things like hanging your pics and where to put the couch are always fun to do when you have space to do it.. Good luck man, and if it ever gets warm up there, get a swimming pool.. JK. LOL. I'm sure a Stang is on your list for home improvements. You gotta be missing either of the one's you had...

Its right at 3 years old.The Lady who owned it was relocated for her job over a year ago and it has been under contract twice since she moved a year ago and both times the people could'nt get financed for it.

There is alot of extras that she added which upped the value to me but she has been paying two house payments for over a year and I'm getting it for under $30,000 of it's appraisal and they are paying my closing cost

She really wanted to sell

Wait till you see some interior pics

Ever since i was young i dreamed about having a Mustang, and a house with a two car garage. (or more). I'm slowly getting there, got the mustang, waiting to finish out my apprenticeship before I get a house!

Im almost there stang is at the shop getting a bunch of stuff done hopefully by end of month and new house also by end of month. Its almost too much to handle Im not sure whats more exciting. Be patient and take your time to do these things as you can afford them. There is no use having a big house and fast car while you are drowning in debt.
