I here ya pure stang, but your info about the mach 1 is wrong. There are plenty of guys including magazines that blasted a 13.1-13.3 bone stock. Of course those are outstanding drivers with good conditions, but it's been done several times.

This video is of a dude on the mach 1 registry who ripped off a 12.5 with a mac prochamber, drop in filter, and nitto drag radials.

a Auto GT can pull high 12's with a few boltons, 4:56 gears, Jmod, and a little weight reduction, and drag slicks. But.. not many people want 4:56 gears and the loss of thier spare, jack, backseat, and anything else they can pull out.

the mach1reg is real cool to other cars. and if someone is being a dick then thye lock that shit and delete it! i feel you on not bashing on other stangs. be it insurance, price, or just plain not reading up before buying the car. i try not to bash on other cars. except people who do/say stupid things. i mean, it's wahtever, we're all in it febcuase we love cars so might as well not get angry. i'm ablue oval fan but, i still don't bash on pontiacs and camaraos, as easy as it is. gotta have respect for all

There's morons that comment on every car video on youtube. I swear I've seen a video of a Lambo Gallardo racing a Vette and Viper, and some guy started chiming in about how his buddies twin-turbo Supra would smoke all those cars. I doubt he knows anyone with a TT Supra, nor has he ever seen one in person. The point is, if these guys can't have these things and act that way in real life, then the internet is a perfect source of anonymity for them to be a total jackass.

i did mention that i have never seen a mach 1 run below a 13.2 so i was going based on my knowledge...so..now i have seen a mach run lower than that.....and that just makes me want a mach 1 even more. lol

yeah youtube, or streetfire or whatever always have rediculous comments, but are often more entertaining then the video itself. As for Mach 1's, I have seen one video of 100% stock mach 1 go 12.99 or something like that; it was a remarkable run.
