Those of you who live in MO or have gotten a ticket there...
So I drove to Florida and back around Christmas. (drove through KS, MO, IL, KY, GA, and FL if anyone saw me ) on the LAST day back a screaming yellow 04 mach started playing with me on the highway. So I started playing back...we raced once (which was a waste because I forgot to turn my boost up anyway ). a minute later a cop comes screaming up behind me...pulls me over...108 in a 60 . and they didnt even get the mach (which is fine because it might have made it a street racing ticket).
my question in is; does MO have a point system? or anything like that? My buddy got a ticket in Texas and it didn't effect his points of insurance. I have to go back to Missouri in February to go to court, unless I can get a lawyer to do it over the phone...ugh..
btw Missouri cops are nice as hell. they started talking to me about my car n **** "nice car man, my buddy has one with 600 awhp"..etc..

after you pay your fine for the MO ticket they will than send that ticket to your state DMV so they can add the points to your record. i got 3 tickets in delaware and they all made it to my cali drivers record.

um, they might not send the ticket. I go up to michigan a lot for family and if i get a ticket in Michigan the ticket doesnt follow me to Ohio i just have to pay the fine. But if someone gets a ticket in ohio, they do send it back to the other state, it just depends on what that state does.

JJ - hot water is my natural environment. It's all good man, if my insurance rates sail, I have no problem sellin the evo and drivin a durango or a toyota truck for a while. fast cars will always be around. I have fantastic credit for an 18 year old.
Brett - interesting. thanks for the input.
Lance - dont worry man..I have to go back for court in feb anyways lol...is carthage anywhere near KS city, St. Louis, or I-70 in general? and can me and a girl crash at your place? lol.
streetrcr - I don't even think he saw the mach, they didn't even bring it up to me. which makes absolutely no sense. I was in the left lane of a 10 ln highway (4-5 lanes on each side) in my BLACK evo..and the other guy was 2 lanes over (closer to the right side, the only place a cop could've been) and the ****** was in a screaming yellow mach 1. plus he was about even with me. He probably chose me because i wasn't the 40 year old dude in an american muscle car, I was the dumb punk kid in the POS japanese car.
