Am I the only one who thinks that this whole thing seems strange?.. One of the witnesses said he heard a strange noise then saw alot of white 'smoke' (maybe dust) before the bridge actually collapsed.

Crazy stuff...

Yeah, nobody has mentioned anything about it just collapsing of what the cause was just yet, a tremor, a loose bolt...anything.

I would like to know why the thing just collapsed.
