You can get a nice 99-00 GT for that, why not consider the PI 4.6 instead of the non pi 4.6?

Listen stang00 you need to be more patient. You’re thinking of buying an older fox body Stang, which are nice but with an older car your going to have a higher maintenance issue. Parts will break and things will need to be changed more frequently. so you might save money now but in the end you will have more of a headache trying to keep the car running. Especially since you don’t know how the car was treated. Trust me when I say this I have owned 17 cars all of them used and they are all headaches.

If I was you and Appearance where a big deal to me, then I would get something else… Mustangs in my opinion are not made to change much on the outside it’s all about power.

car + "16 years young" + $400 per month paycheck = be patient

Almost every kid that I knew in HS that dumped all their dough in a car, is still shoveling crap for a living. Cars can be tempting, just make sure it fits into your master plan.

BTW, I would NEVER say owning a Civic is gay. There are plenty of people working hard for a living and putting food on the table to feed their families, paying mortgages and saving for their kids for college. Some of them even drive Civics and "mini-vans" too. I would never call that "gay".
