Looking to jazz up the exterior of my car a little more and was wondering what you guys think of the Saleen sidescoops. Like'em? Hate'em?
Let me know.

I like them because they go with the entire saleen kit. By themselves i don't know. Personally, i want my side scoops gone.

How do you think they would look on a Mustang with a Razzi kit?

i personally like the saleen scoops. however i've never seen them on a car without the saleen kit... maybe someone could photoshop them onto your ride to see how they look?

Lower it? Really? I've never even considered that. I had a '98 Firebird (w/ground effects) and that damn thing kept scraping the ground. That's what I like about my stang... I don't have to worry about scraping the pavenment as much. Anyway, I like the Saleen sidescoops. I was just thinking about replacing the stock ones because someone backed into one of them at the mall parking lot.

I'm working that out with the insurance company now. The moron hit me on the passanger side and put a small dent right above my back wheel and scratched about 2 inches of paint off the scoop. But, considering it was a parking lot I don't expect much to happen. I can live with the scratched scoop (I guess) but I want that dent fixed. I got a couple of estimates on it and a body shop wants $700 to fix it. I took it to a place that specializes in dents and they only want $160. Maybe I can get the dent shop to fix the dents and have a body shop repaint my scoop. I don't know... I have to get that guy's ins comp to pay, if not it's all out of my pocket.
