My Dyno tune adventure!
OMG What a day lol
Well headed to KC at 6am and had to turn around because I forgot the direction's next to the Comp.Got real lucky with no rain all the way there but the roads were a little damp but I still ran 80 all the way there.
Well I made my turn off just like my Mapquest direction's said and kept going.Found the road I was supposed to turn and then the other and made the final turn.And WTH I'm in a residential area!!Nothing but houses
So I know I must have made a mistake and drove around for another 15 minutes and then called my Daughter that live's in KC to look on Supertuneracing's website to find out if I'm in the right area.
Nope!!
I'm waaaaay off.Mapquest seem's to have the wrong address which I find out later happens alot.Well it's 9:15am and my app. is at 10am.So I head back and finally make it there at 9:55am.The car is a filthy mess by now from the 3 hour drive and the wet road's.Also I almost got stuck in some grass that I accidently backed into lol
Well they get me right in and they swap the pulley and the idler out and start the tune.My A/F was way off.They ended up doing about 6 Dyno run's all together and because of the heat from driving up there and 6 Dyno run's later here are my number's......
437rwhp and 454tq
The tuner said that the number's are probally 20 to 30 higher but the engine was so heat soaked from the drive up there and the 6 dyno pull's.I tell you what though it feel's damn strong now and it run's alot smoother.
Got to meet some cool guy's and some member's from here.All in all it was an awesome day.

i hate you...lol i thought u would be hitting like 480?
i should have just given you my number...lol supertune is just like 5 minutes away from me...i know my roads...most of the time

It was just to hot.If I had'nt got lost it would have had time to cool down before the pull's
To bad you had to work.Me and New Edge and SSSnake went and ate lunch at AB's.
