Default Funny E-mail

Heres an e-mail I got today from a customer. He called me wondering where his shipment was. I told him that it is on the way and that it is currently around Jacksonville as best as I could tell. He proceeded to demand that i send him another shipment, and to overnight it to him. I told him we dont cross ship, and that his package is en route and would be to him in a few days. As he hung up he said "Gee thanks for all your help." in a very sarcastic manner. When i got back from lunch, I had this in my e-mail.

Subject: Terrible service

I can assure you that I will be on every mustang message board spreading the word that my order is stuck in limbo somewhere in some cheap-ass delivery service to save a couple of buck. When you say free shipping make sure you say its cheap and unreliable next time so that one has the option to pay for shipping, as would any decent on line-shop. I could have had my package a few days ago. I'll make sure to mention that the pencil dick manager would not help me solve my dilemma and send me another order express with an apology for it taking so long the first time. I will never shop here again.
Thanks,

Now correct me if im wrong, but how many of you had free shipping from us and it was fast? I think someone has their panties in a bunch!

Just thought you might all like some good customer service giggles that I had today! If you see this guy trashing us on a forum, give us some support, and we here at MT will take care of you!

BTW Cheap and Unreliable is APX/USPS. It takes a little longer, but it still gets there in due time.

I know how you feel Chris. I to work with Customer as a manager at Loews Cineplex theatres.. I deal with customers and there retarded complaints all the time. Espesially when they complain about a movie that they paid $9 for and the movie sukked...and then they want their money back....I tell them thats a risk they take when seeing a movie and we are not the ones that MAKE the movies.....then they say thats retarded and stomp away like a 2 year old.

WHen they say" I"ll never come here again or shop here" that means its just 1 retard to not have to deal with in the future. Big deal.

lol, he's actually COMPLAINING about the FREE SHIPPING. Too much. And he said you should have given him the option the PAY for the shipping. lol, like he asked if he could pay, right?

If I get free shipping on anything, I wouldn't car if an 80 yr old delivered it to my door in a wooden rickshaw. I be happy as can be. lol

I always get mine via UPS or USPS. I think I got fedex one time, either way its 2 to 6 buisness days, unless its out of stock.
What more do you want? Want it faster - pay to have it overnighted or expressed.

What a stupid-ass. I would of just laughed and hung up.

Well the option is there to pay for shipping like I did one time. Got next day air and guess what, it was next day air. Go figure, if you have a question about shipping, than ask, dont be a retard and expect for free shipping to be next day or 2 day shipping.

Can you say, what a dumb @ss. Mustang Tuning, keep up the good customer service.

I dunno, you all sorta dropped the ball with my grill delete and bumper inserts, but due to the situation revolving the chin spoilers and all, its understandable. i think i was told it was in the wrong pile or something. Either way i got em about a week late and they are on my car. No biggie. No reason to cry and have a temper tantrum.

Anyways, im still gonna give you all a bunch of business and reccommend you to everyone. all the other orders i got from you were delivered very quickly. couldnt be happier.

THis guy needs to wake up and take a big fat sample of something called "Life"
Things in life are seldom fair. And if he gets his pantys all in a bunch over an issue as small as this, then he might as well eat a bullet cause he is gonna be whining and crying every single time something doesent go his way.
Like a spoiled little brat. It aint like you LOST his order, or FORGOT to ship it, the crap was already in the mail.

Get a life buddy.

I understand your situation, I work in the service dept. at the local Ford Dealer. For a year we ran a promotion that you get free oil changes for life with the purchase of a new Ford. Now almost every day we have people screaming that 20 minutes is too long to wait for a free oil change!!! People have no patience or appreciation for things that are given to them anymore.

I work at a chevy dealership and I see the same thing. We dont have that promotion - but we have a simillar one where we hand out free oil changes and discounts with a new car purchase.

Ungratefull bastards. Dont like it? Take your ass down the road where they charge 40 dollars. Seems to be no line down there...
