New Laptop!!
Dell Latitude C400
$225 from a buddy. Yes it is small, but for what I need, it is perfect.
GPS in the truck, email, intraweb, movies on the included DVD/CD burner and the occasional video game.
This one has been upgraded with 768mb of Ram too.

What is even better is that I see them selling on eBay with less features for over $400 a piece.
