I was quoted $325 for priming and painting and clearing for my saleen bumper and a new fender. That's with me installing.

Are you having the shop install? What bumper? Is there going to be prep and fitment needed?

i installed everything but my paint is 6 years old so they have to blend the fenders. the cobra R hood needs a lot of prep and the bumper just has to get baked and finished. this hood i have is straight out of the box new. i bought it from AM. it didnt fit right and was all wavy on the passenger side.

285 that is dirt cheap

im gettin hosed on this deal, damn california.

i bet if i only had them prep and paint it would of been a hell of a lot cheaper. silver cars without paint match looks bad so i had to take the whole car. the body shop had problems taking off the powerpipe.

A good shop would charge $800 - $1000 for what you describe. Also, depends on how much prep you need. Some of those hoods need work.

my estimate was 1200 hood needed some extra attention. after they started working on it the cost has gone up to 1400 because they had trouble getting the powerpipe off and one of the fog lights broke when i was driving on the freeway.

i was trying to get between 800-1000 ran outta time.

I just got done dealing with my bumper and body shop.

I also had them prime and paint a brand new mounting headlight panel.

I sanded most of the original paint off of my saleen bumper, and had them do the rest (harder, hand sanding).

They did two layer's of primer because of the thick edges of the bumper, paint, and clear. After doing the same with the headlight panel, I paid $650 for everything all said and done. I had close to $150 in supplies.
