If he's going to get a ricer tell him to get a Skyline GT-R. There are people that have made them street legal. He could also import one and have it made legal. I can't remember but I've heard of 2 places that are well known for doing so.

But they arent peticularly light either... 3100lbs... but most supercars get hefty, its not a boat or anything... |
