Default Lets say......

Lets just say i had around 1200-1600 bucks. a new hood and bumper would blow through it all. but if i didnt wanna go that route, and wanted to make my car as fast as possible. how would u go about doing that? name as many ways without nitrous cuz i dunno if i can do that without hearing it from my dad.

im a junior in highschool. i want stuff asap so no investing. and if i dont change my mind im gunna have a new engine dropped in when i grad college which is a long ways from here but ya kno....... upgrade from 3.73 to 4.10's? cai? i alreayd have k &n air filter and from what i hear they have about the same gains on the dyno sheet so unless im mistaken whats the point? and dont forget my car is a daily driver so i think 4.30's will b too high. theres a huge diff between 3.73's on normal tires and 4.10's on drags cuz my bros pulls so much harder. first is ridiculous, second is more insane compared to my second. if i cna find a deal through knowin ppl who have shops, would ported heads b worth it or no?

i was a junior in highshcool when i bought my car...and now im a senior....and i want my car super go go go fast and am very impatiant when it comes to waiting..but i envested about 3000 last year which was in the supercharger fund...its now up to about 5k from a high interest account and me adding about 100 outta my paycheck...

and ur only a junior in high school...wait till senior year to get ur car really fast...cause the kids that are dueches and all that jazz will under estimate your car...im garaging my car this winter and hopefully be makin 400 hp....

all it takes is time...(o and btw...this is what madmatt's advice to me)

how much money did u end up puttn in the fund of your own. and how much did u earn in how many months. this could b a good idea. everyone already underestimates me. i dont have a hoodscoop and my bros car has louder exhaust. and they kno his is a v8 so morons just assume im a v6 which is cool. cuz morons with mazda3's and irocs think they can take me. and how do u guys feel about me racing a 95 z28????? win or lose? first time ever i ran a 14.7 on the quarter mile but that was terrible driving. i gurantee i could get low 14.s now. right now some kid with a mazda3 thinks he can take me............kill. another kid wants to race me with his camaro with an lt1 engine in it. he ran a 14.9 first time at the track, its auto im pretty sure. now he has full exhaust and ported heads i hear. engine has a ton of miles i think. i dont personally think i could take him but wanted your opinions on that too. everyones hating on the "v6" lol. but lets not change the subject

Definatly Cam's, plenum, and Xcal II

4.10's wouldn't do it since you atleast have 3.73 now.

Do long tubes instead of the gears.

1- cams
2- long tubes

if you pay to have those both installed the money should be real close 2 if not gone already

3- possibly upgrade the rear end gears
