Nope, not just you! That's why there are so many fat azzes in America! Nobody does crap anymore but sit and watch tv and too many kids are chatting online all day and playing video games! I'm 28 and I do the same things as kids, but I also go to the gym just about everyday and play basketball softball on the weekends so there just has to be a balance.

Sorry to say this, but there are a lot of folks in texas that need to get off their azz and get some exercise.....http://www.mensfitness.com/rankings/358?page=2

I remember when I was growing up my parents would hardly ever let me sit in front of the tv ....the only time they would let is if I was watching the little league world series or something like that. They always made me go outside and play....kids don't do that today. But, I also think many parents don't view today's world as being very safe to just let your kids go run around (depending on where you live) and so if they are inside and protected the parents feel better.

Im in front of a computer a lot, but I try to stay somewhat active and it doesnt hurt that I have to walk around campus all the time for school. Also, you have to eat the junk stuff in moderation (while I sit here eating cheese puffs and drinking dr pepper...)

ive lost quite a bit of weight. it really is a change of lifestyle and even a way of thinking...i started out with really hard cardio (running for miles) now i just play basketball or something for a couple hours. its alot more fun that 30 mins of running...the hard part for me is not drinking soda. that **** is like crack. i often have soda relapses

i used to do alot of stuff outside w/ friends but alot moved away when i was 12...so i spent alot of time inside...but now that i can drive...i try to meet friends anywhere...we have a huge lake called marsh creek where we go fishing and canoeing then there is another spot that we can go rope swinging/bridge diving and jumping/waterfall jumping even tho the water fall is man made and only 7 feet tall....then we can drive to the NJ or MD beaches or go to Philly for a day....

i also have a boat in MD on the chesapeak that i try to go to..the house i have down there is also about 5 mins from the Cecil county drag strip....

when im not doing anything...xbox 360 or PS2 is what im doing...

I am kind of one of those kids. I always played sports when i was little, and i still do except only football and lifting during the offseason. I am still overwieght, but not like completely fat, starting offensive tackle for my varsity football team. But during football season i dont feel like doing anything on the weekends or after practice. And during the winter really nothing to do in Iowa. I play video games, watch t.v, sit here on Mustang Boards for prob. at least 2 if not 3-hours a day. But hey who cares i own a Mustang.
