I am 18, I have an 18 year old friend whom already is addicted, and can't quit. He is in denial, like he said he quit, then two nights ago he lit up a cigarette (one he mooched off a younger kid) and we were like wtf... he said one cigarette isnt going to throw him off. BS he needed that smoke.

Well, I started with Salem Black labels, then Green Labels.. So I got my Blood coughing over with early. lol

I've been smoking for about 2 yrs, and I genuinely can quit anytime. I just choose not to, it's something that I enjoy so.. To each their own I suppose.

I started smoking when I was 11, yes...11. I'm 27 now. I wish I had never started...but I am hooked like a mofo. I wish my parents would have beaten my ass for smoking...they just said not to do it and warned me of all the dangers and then said not to do it in the house. back then I thought I wouldnt get hooked...bwaahahaha...yeah right.

wnracing: if you smoke regularly for 2 years I doubt you can easily quit. not that its not possible...just that its gonna suck bad. BTW...how old are you?

19. I have quit cold turky before, and I can go for days without them. I just literally choose not to.

My roommate has to have one every day as soon as he wakes up, hell he even used to wake up in the middle of the nite just to have a cig, i've never been all that addicted.

The only time I find myself really 'craving' one is if im really pissed off, or having a horrible day.

Nope, Im the first to do it. Started at 11yrs old.

My dad was always a gearhead, he had an old duster that he drag raced as a teenager, but other than that im the first to do any left turns in a race car!

And, I try to present myself as a little more on the mature side. Im really sick of the people my age giving my generation a bad name.

I go to the pool hall about 3 times a week, and when i go i normally smoke 1 or 2 that i get from my buddies that smoke, and i have been doing that for years and have never been addicted to them.
