Bullit/Mach1 brake kit installed.
I have pics, but the cable to my camera got squashed so i cant put them up.
Install was easy, bleeding was a pain in the ass, but all in all it too me and my buddy about an hour and a half including several smoke brakes and a trip to autozone. Initial impressions, Damn! These ****ers can brake! I got out on a road and hit about 75mph and full on slammed on the brakes, took me about 4 seconds to come to a complete stop. (im sure zigfag  will come in here and brag he can do it in 3.98 seconds) I dont have ABS, (dunno if any stangs do) and the front wheels never locked up. The rears did but those are still stock.for the record they ARE RED with the silver pony. They look ****ing awesome too. anyways, ill try to get a new cable for the camera or go to walfart and dump em on cd and post em up. |

Did you have to bleed the master cylinder or just the calipers?

cool you got them on...you did do a COMPLETE brake flush right?? I hope so.
did you do SS lines too? if you didnt...do them..it makes those brakes much better than they already are. and WTF your stang doesnt have ABS?? all the newer ones have it...your 04 has it too. oh and the zigfag comment...enjoy your GAY little ponies on yur calipers...the COBRA looks way better and yes my car will stop better than yours...my brakes ARE bigger AND i have ABS (and am aware of it...unlike you lol) beeotch!!  "i squished my camera cord" WTF were trying to get it pregnant?? |

Ive had people tell me i was on crack before, then they see my mustang and check it out themselves before they believe it. When i slam on the brakes there aint NONE of that popping grinding feel you get from ABS. i dont have it Nope, no SS Lines. ill probably put those in later down the road when i get some slotted and drilled rotors. for now im pretty stoked so i dont feel like spending the cash |

Yes, not all 99+ stangs had abs or T/C...i'm thinking of doing the same swap on my car but i don't think i can afford it, now that i'm going back to school and all...
