Got my good news in the mail today. I was told the bad news is a small envelope, and the good news is a big one. I came home and opened the front screen door and the big envelope fell out!

For those of you that dont know, I just graduated with my associates in Fire Science and now im EMT-B certified as well. Im going to apply for a Collier County Firefighter/EMT which is the Naples, FL area and hopefully start my career down there. I have one entire side of my family down there and thats where I got back from last week from vacation. Its paradise down there.

The class was deffinetly hard as hell and it was 140 hours. Im glad its over and I passed everything my first time around. I know a lot of people fail the national registry written part and I was always told you should expect 10 points lower than the tests you take in class but I didnt think it was all that hard. Of course it was one of those tests that you have 4 answers. One is totally off, one is kinda right, and the last two are right and you have to decide which is the best answer.

I have alot of respect for firefighters...

its kinda weird, you're wanting to move into florida and i want to move out.

naples is like old people ville, its a retirement place. Well if you move to naples you can always do road trips to miami.
