i wish it was a turbo set up. but they said it was a budget build so i figured the spray was going on. they will need alot of tq. to spin those M/T

What those guys consider a budget build isn't what I consider a budget build. I miss "Shade Tree Mechanic" - remember that show. It was part of the power block b4 it was called the power block. All work was done in a smaller garage and with basic tools just about anyone had and their budgets for repairs were a lot more plausible than the horsepower guys.

i dont see the fox being out of most people budget. You just cant afford to buy all of it at once like them.

Yes, but the way people are thinking, for example, 7,000 for an 89 Notch with 160,000 miles on it...thats outta my budget for sure.

The rear setup they put on that car is exactly what's going under my car later on. I can't help but wonder what power adder they're going to put on. Obviously not a positive displacement blower or they wouldn't have wasted the money on a new upper intake. I'm betting N2O. Once they put that one the LS Gun, they were all about the giggle gas.
