FU to tickets

I got pulled over today on my way home.. This cop walked right out in front of my car and pointed his fingers at me to pull over to the side of the road... So after it is all over and done he said it is $80 and 2 points on my license and don't speed ok thats ****y... I went home and I was reading over the ticket, and no where on my ticket doese it say I was speeding all the info is on it but what did i get the ticket it for? He also said take it to court if I had a clean record.. So why did I even get pulled over? I really dislike cops..

That cop basically gave you a get out of jail free card.
The ticket HAS to have the offence, if speeding it must state the speed limit and your speed.

if it aint on there, you can get it thrown out.

For some reason I have seen alot more cops hiding with radars on trying to catch speeders. they must be trying to meet their quota...

He needs to get you on radar in order to prove you were speeding.
2nd...
Like chris said, he needs to write that on the summons, although some state laws differ, so that might not be the case.

This confuses the **** outa me,

So, you were driving. A cop (on foot) walked out and stopped you in the road. Then gave you a ticket...
Is that how it went?
1. WERE YOU SPEEDING?
2. cop on foot?
3. uniform? he have ID?

This may sound funny but... I've had cops flash their badges at stop lights and tell me to pull over... I laugh and drive away... They have NO jurisdiction when off duty... also... if he wasnt in uniform, always ask for idea...

gimme some more details.. sounds like the cop is a retarded pig... you can get outa this easy

That's what pissed me off when i got home and read the ticket.. He pulled me over and wrote the ticket but no where on that ticket doese it say what i got pulled over for... He said I was speedinf but I wasn't I go going the same speed as a mini van maybe 55 or 60, but it is not on the ticket...

Oh and by the way Fat Lard I am not that dumb to speed in front of cops I know better..
