it's about 3.09 here but I haven't filled up since last week so this tank gas should last on the way to my tuner. I didn't buy this car for gas savings either. But it does suck having higher prices because it will dip into the mod fund.

I hear what your saying about complaining, but damn it's still a lot of money.....just be thankful we don't live in Europe where it's $5.00 a gallon. I also see it as an opportunity for some people who maybe looking to pick up a Cobra or Mach or something that requires at least 91 octane stock.....some people don't want to spend the cash for premium gas so they get rid of the car.
I paid $3.30 for 91 octane! ouch

the truth is when you adjust gas prices for inflation over the years, gas is cheaper now then it ever way 20 years ago... it's just people have gotten used to gas costing nothing, and now it's a major cost again...
the major problem gas prices cause is by causing transportation costs to go up...thus everything goes up...

Well to play devil's advocate, a lot of the guy's bought their Mustangs (or have been buying Mustangs) when it was $1.20 a gallon.
It's $2.85 in Bowling Green, KY (when I went down for Orientation on Saturday), but its $3.05 in Connecticut.

Hell yea, Ill play devils advocate. Why is everyone mad about gas prices? Because there is NO REASON THEY ARE SO HIGH. You cant tell me gas prices "HAVE" to get this high when the oil companys made 100 BILLION dollars in profits last year. F That, thats ridiculous, quit being greedy bastards, its ruining the economy. Til then, Ill take it in the *** everytime I fill up and go on my merry way, but its stupid.

Yeah it hurts a little more filling my car up every 3 days...but ya know what I am worried about? Damn Hurricane season a month away. You see what happens every year a hurricane hits Florida-Lousiana...Gas prices through the damn roof. Last year we were freaking out because the storms made them go above $3 a gallon. If they are already at that this year how the hell high will they go up to??? THAT is what I am worried about :censored:

Low = 3.00

15 gallon tank, difference from LOW grade to HIGH grade is 3 fu(king dollars. THAT IS ALL!!!!! Oh god honey! Lets trade in the car that requires PREMIUM and go buy a BRAND ****ING NEW CAR that uses LOW grade and we can pay 45 dollars to fill the tank instead of 48.
I had somone ask me what i fill my car with. I said premium. They said "I bet yer hating that now".... I told them it doesent take a genious to know that the difference between LOW and HIGH grade is ALWAYS about 20 cents. Meaning no more than 3 bucks for a whole tank.
People think that by getting new tunes and going with LOW grade that they are gonna save money. How much is a tune? How about we say 60 bucks? well you dont save money untill after you fill your tank 20 times.
people = dumb
pay up bitch. we know you need yer gas. lol
