Hey you guys from MN!

Suffice it to say that well.....a move could be in the future. The very near future. And yeah, going from PA to MN, the stang is definately gonna spend a bit more time in the garage. And, no Uhauls, company is paying for the entire deal.

Neat place to visit, but damn,,,,,,,,,,,,it gets friggin cold there!!! Hope they paying you well. The only thing I can think of is Brainerd Raceway, but it's way north if I remember correctly.
On a side note: I was born there, but left when I was two. Went back for Xmas once in the late 80's and told my dad. "You're nuts for living in this kind of weather." Glad my mom brought my sister and I to FL.

it's not so bad here!
IT'S APRIL! Give us northerners a break. J/K
I live about 15 minutes North of downtown Minneapolis.
There are a few tracks around here, but you have to drive to them.
*Rock Falls in WI is about 1.5-2 hrs away. OK track, but very busy since it's the closest to the cities.
*Brainerd Internation Raceway is about 2.5 hours north - better track - but not as frequently open for some reason. In August every year, they hold NHRA National there, what a blast if you've never seen the NHRA guys run.
*Cedar Falls, IA is about 5 hours south and is the best track in the area. They call it the house of hook and they really mean it.
The local clubs I've been involved with are:

If I wanted to live a bit in the country....have a little land (1 - 2 acres)...newer house...what would I need to spend? Can I do this and still have a 45 minute commute to work?
We also enjoy boating.
I have family in MN and Chicago.
