Ok, so last year around mid/early summer me and the wifey had a minivan. And I was going to trade it in on the durango, but a friend of my wife said she wanted. So, I sold it to her for what the dealership was going to give me ($1,400). Among doing so me, her, my wife, and a notary signed a contract saying that shw would pay me $50 a week until the van was paid off. And in the contract it states that if she missed 4 consecutive payments I can repo the car with no refund of the price already paid (damn, I'm glad I put that statment in there) Keeping with the contract the van should have been paid off in mid August....

Well, to date we have received $700 total and I have allowed her plenty of oppertunities to skip a payment here and there (through various sob stories from her). And in early January she sent me a letter saying that she due to losing her job/house etc. she would start paying $100 a month minimum. So, again I told her "ok, just make sure you dont miss any payments, i need that money. oh, and I am the lein holder on the title so its all legal!!!!

It is now Mid march and I haven't seen a payment since the $100 she sent with the letter in early January. So, as of tonight at midnight me and my wife will be going Dog The Bounty hunter on a 1999 Caravan! We kept a spare key to the van because I had a gut feeling that something like this might just happen.

And to make things better, once we go pick it up, my dad is coming to get it tomorrow and take it up to his house and put it up for sell for $1,500 (there are a bunch of mexicans close to his area so I shouldn't have a problem selling it..and no I don't mean that in a racist way).

So, 2 good things...get to be repo man, and get to make some money!!!
