Anyone have any problems with reverse with their T45? Mine will pop back into neutral with trying to let off the clutch to move in reverse. It is extremely annoying. It's not that it is hard to get in, as I hear the gears engage, it's just that when I go to actually move it will pop out. I have found that if I go in sequence from 4th->Reverse->Reverse it seems to go everytime. The double reverse thing is into reverse then up almost back to neutral and back into reverse (just for clarification), all of course while hold down the clutch pedal. Anyone have a clue as to what exactly might be wrong.

I have recently developed clutch engagement/disengagement noises. While I push the clutch pedal down it makes like a sort of grunt noise, and when I release the pedal, I get a high-pitched squeal. Any clue as to what these noises may be attributed to? Related to the above mentioned problem? Thanks for any help.
