Yea drive it around for awhile and give it a little hell and they will wake up.Also add an X pipe to it and really wake them up.

It's not a rumor. My Magnapacks were loud with the stock H,but after I put on the catted X............DAMN it's mean sounding now.

The H would probally be better with the Flows.

Good call on that price B-Rett...whered ya get that from ...anyway. Yes, its not really a "break in" but as a muffler gets older, the packing and such tends to wear out of it, therefor making it louder as time goes on. Trust me, get a few miles on those flows and they'll be nice and worn out.

Or get them hot and go to the carwash and spray a little cold water in there and get rid of some of the packing in there

I have flowmasters with OR X pipe and its mean as hell. not quite as crackly as a Borla, which i think sounds like complete shat, sounds like its running under water or something, and thats on a friends Cobra.

Has anyone heard the Edelbrock Mufflers yet?

My flowmasters were worn in so good that they blew on the dyno. I had 30k on them from my 95 GT. I took them off when i turned the car in and put them on my 00 GT. I put another 10k on them before they fell apart.

Get an H or an X, that will wake them up. Other than that, it will be awhile before you here the drones.
