Id go optima Red top, they are kinda pricey, as in 150 bucks, but they are some of the best.

...I was kinda hoping to spend less than $100 bucks...as you know christmas is just around the corner and i have to buy gifts for the family.. .....however, how good are these red tops? If i'm gonna fork over $150 bucks they better be worth it..

they're pretty heavy those damn red tops. they are a gel cell battery not liquid which means they last a lot longer and work better in cold climants

Yellow tops are the expensive 150 dollar batteries, not the red tops. I used ot have one in my beretta. They are really nice and you can find em under 100.

yeah i have a yellow top right now it was in my truck for 2 years now its in the stang. most likly it will go into my next car when that time comes.

but for a cheap battery that gets it done the autozone ones are good. my sister si like 3 years old it died she got a new one for 5bucks (battery disposal fee).

I went out and got a yellow top, paid $80 bucks, but it did not resolve my problem. Check out my other thread..
