Default Gear install shops

Where can I get my gears changed at? I cant finda anyone in Orlando, central florida area to do it. Trying to get a price between $150-$200...i'd rather do it myself......... :glasses13

I dont know the shops, but unless you are VERY comfortable and have done this before, Id suggest not doing it yourself.

You wont be able to do it yourself unless you know what you are doing. Take it to a nice sized ford/chevy dealership and ask them if they have an allignment/rear end guy who can do it.

How much did you guys pay? I have a friend who might be able to give me the hook up and he has a Steeda mustang with gears. I REALLY need a hook up.

I work for a chevy dealership and all of my work is a side job or a favor so youll be paying whatever rate they charge for normal customers.

are you kidding me? we have like 8 million shops that do it.

Lamatta performance,Powered by ford,4wheel parts,Lugo performance,Greenwayford does it,um who else there are so many i cant remember.

lamatta does it for liek 200bucks and are off of 17-92 and semoran. take semoran north to 17-92 and trun onto 17-92 its like 3-5 miles down on the right. great shop.

you can find there number in the book or google them.

No s*** ....I swear I looked up and down and the cheapest I got was $300. You wouldn't happen to know which of those does the cheapest? And if you had to bring them everything such as the install kits?

Just remember, cheap=not always better, especially with a gear setup. Mine was 200 bucks for labor.

Those are all pro shops he will be fine. Lamotta Performance has to be the cheapest thats what everyone tells me. Give them a call and ask.
