Default Hard starting engine when warmed up

Engine starts fine when cold start (first start of the day or after it's been sitting). However if the car is at operating temp it is hard to start. Any idea, it's fuel injected 98 (V8).

I heard that they do that sometimes. They as in Mustangs.

I actually replaced my starter the other day, and that is no longer a problem.

Sounds like an old starter that is getting heat soaked. Pretty common in the 5L cars and I guess now our cars are getting to that age too.

If it does it on occasion, then don't worry, it's common.
