Possible suspension and/or brake issue

Possible suspension and/or brake issue
For a few months now my car has been pulling to the left while braking at any speed. About a month ago I had the front rotors resurfaced and now when I brake (more noticeably at slow speeds, 20mph-0mph) the car pulls left and also shakes as if it is able to grip the rotor and then not grip it.
This leads me to think I may have warped rotors or they goofed them up during the resurfacing. The pads were also replaced when the resurfacing was done.
The 2nd issue is that on the highway (usually ~70mph) the car is very loose side to side. I find myself correcting the steering a LOT. I don't know if it's just because it's getting into the windy/rainy season but it seems to be looser than it has been in the past. The car is approaching 100k miles, what types of suspension parts should be replaced? In the past 2 months I have replaced the front tie rod ends and front struts as well as the aforementioned brake work.
Let me know what ya think.

ball joints, tie rod ends, a-arm bushings should all be checked. I'd go ahead and replace every control arm bushing at this point as they're not the most durable things in the world.
The steering wheel shake is probably a warped rotor but I've gotten it from bad tie rod ends too. How much if any suspension work do you already have to the car? Parts list please.

Tie rod ends and front struts were replaced less than 2 months ago. Other than that, no suspension work has been done.
The Ford dealer resurfaced my rotors for me after I did the two things above and that's when the wheel shake started. Prior to that, the car would pull left during braking, but not so sharply.
