V12 MUSTANG?

Wanted to install a Magnaflow cat back on my recently purchased ' 04 GT
but my muffler man talked me into just having the 2 Magnaflow cans welded in and having 2 3.5" chrome tips welded on.
Resulting sound:
Reminds me of an old V12 Ferrrari instead of a V8 American muscle car
sound.
Know what? I like it!!
Just thought I should share.

There are literally thousands of guys around who have driven V-12 Mustangs. But they "drove" them mostly in Europe and mostly chasing Germans with Volkswagon and BMW engines. Mostly they're our grandfathers and great-grandfathers, and are part of the "Greatest Generation." Only now, the Vdubs and Beemers are chasing the Mustangs! LOL

You're referring to the great Rolls Royce Merlin engined P-51 Mustangs that ruled the skies of Europe 1943-1945!

Can't think of a better namesake!
