Default Time to drag...??

So when you decide you want to strip the motor down and rebuild you a drag motor...how do you go about changing the title? Like how do you get the car listed as a "salvaged"(if thats what it is) to where you dont have to carry insurance on it. Or would it be better just to freeze the insurance on it while i strip down the motor. How do you get it to where you dont have to have it emission tested is the major thing?

i know your not taking it overseas...there are specific forms you need to fill out to non-op ETC...your car to take it out of DMV for your respective state.

i added the other part because i just found out i have to send in a form to remove it from california DMV.
