Default rear view mirror replacement?

I accidentally cracked my rear view mirror. I already have a new factory one to go in, but how does the old one come off? I have been told there was a set screw but I have also been told to use a small flat screwdriver to pry it up and off. Does anyone know if either of these are correct? Don't want to screw up the windshield and I hate to pay the Ford dealership to fix this simple problem.

You use the flat screwdriver. Took about 30 seconds to get my old mirror off and new one on.
