Default stock hood

i need to remove my stock hood (99) so i can get to the back valve springs, i was wondering if it is just a drilled hole so i can just put it back on and its lined up or if its like a long slot and i will have to play with my hood to get it lined back up nicely

It will probally have wear mark's where it has been for all these year's,just put it back on using those mark's.
