Default As many as possible..

I'm trying to find out as many options and distributers as possible. My problem, I have a 2000 gt and my T 45 is going bad real quick! What are my replacment options? And from what companies? I know, Ebay, D&D Performance etc. but please list all possibilities, knowledge is power! I know it would be awesome to swap in a 6 speed but that is not possible right now. SO any opinions, resources and feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Cooper
