Default Shifter installed

I just installed a mgw shifter and wow what a difference. What a quality shifter it really made me realize what a piece of crap the stock one is

Yeah, its great isint it. I remember when i first installed my Pro 5.0. It is so much easier to go pound through the gears.

Yeh, It's a great shifter. Mine was a really firm for the fist few day's, but is loosend up.

is firm good or bad?...i'd like to think thats a good thing...

I'm talking about to firm, to the point where my arm got tired after shifter a few times. I think it was all the greese they had packed in the shifter. After that loosend up it was just perfect.

Agreed, well built product. It will get even better after 500 miles, the springs will break in a bit and shift smoother.:banana:

Man I really need an MGW. Ill get one after my car computer is finished and Ive got my Cobra brakes installed.

i agree. i just put in the mgw shifter yesterday and wow what a difference. powrshifting is effortless now. great shifter
