Hey when i go to the track how many times to be safe should i run my car while there. 3 or 4 or as many as i want or what??? When i go i want to run more than once but i don't want to hurt my baby!!!
Help me out.

Ive always ripped back to back then inbetween let my car cool off as my times got higher.

You can run as much as you like so long as the car does not over heat.

run it as much as you want, if you got a stick i would let it cool down after 5 passes or less. cause your clutch will get hot as crap.
I always run my efan at the track and i havent had a problem. i normaly just give it like 10 mins between each run, if i am on a slow night at the track where i can hot lap it.

I have run as many as 18 times in one evening session. My car is faster when run hot for some reason.
