My 6 vs v8 Tundra =)

Well, I'm a little road warrior, mainly cause i don't have jack on my car to have alot of fun at the track...

Anyways, I'm dropping the girl home tonight, and this newer 4 door tundra pulls up next to me..some kid about my age driving...

So the light turns green and i accelerate somewhat fast...wondering if he'd do the same...so he does...we end up neck and neck...and some little friggin...toyota tercel or some crap cuts me off..luckly..were only doing about 70... so i change lanes, and get along side of him again...

We hit a read light.. and i turn the o/d off, drop it into first...and the light turns green, we both take off, and i hear an exhaust from his truck... so i'm thinkin "damn hes got me easily..." so i hit second, and pull forwad past him a little...and he creeps up some... i shift into drive at about 4k and then i start pulling...and my g/f is like "hes got a v8 right? won't he beat you?"

Then as i look at my speedo (by this time we're on the stretch of road where no one is...) and i see i'm doing 95...so i'm like "well..hes about 3 cars behind, and hes going to govern pretty soon...and i've still got 20 more miles to go..."

So i look in my mirror..and hes way the hell behind me and i still havent even hit my govern...

I guess....chalk one up for the 6..even though it was against a truck =]

I got beat by a dodge truck when i was stock

I lost to a civic saturday night. He was sittin in a parking lot and i drove by, and he took off like a bat out of hell following me. So i just drove down the road and turned around and he turned around too. We got to a stoplight and i took off until the speed limit which was 40. He kept goin. I would have too but i already have 1 strike against me since im 16. I dont care that i lost cuz he had full exhaust, tuned, CAI, 5speed. I pulled on him in the beginning but he took off and i lost by about half or 1 car length. o'well. My rearend is about to go out too but no excuses.

Yea diesels fly.... I drive a 07 F250 for work... my boss is 29 and needless to say..he enjoys doing stuff to cars..

I have 2 10s in it, a full magnaflow exhaust, and a superchip, made by superchips.

When I'm not towing the 20 ft trailer and I have the chip set...I can break traction in third gear, lol.
