With the mods shown, what would you experienced people think a realistic E/T time might be in the 1/4? What could I expect to run and not be disappointed?

Target to shoot for:
60 ft = 1.9X or 2.0X Trap = 100 miles per hour 1/4 Mile = 13.6 - 13.7 If your 60 ft is a problem, then you will struggle to even get into the 13's. Keep in mind, that you ran a 13.3 I would not be too surprised nor would I if you ran a 14.0. Keep in mind that a driver is the best mod and weather and altitude also will impact performance.
