Opening day @ MIR..whats my ET gonna be?

Well today is opening day at Maryland raceway and a couple mustang guys including myself are going up to see what are times are gonna look like before we do more work. Mine being completely stock except for the minor 80-shot i'm hoping will make a low 13.30sec pass, altho I wont be driving, a friend of mine will be since he drives a 9.20 sec street turbo honda. Anyone else think my '04 gt can make that kinda pass?

I'll post the results later tonight.

yea you should. I will be there tomorrow with my bike and stang. Hope to go 12.20 with the stang and 9.30 with my bike. On motor I go 13.3 with bolt-ons so I say you should go 13.30 or better on spray. I have a 100 shot on my car. All stock at the creek I went high 13.90 so if you can drive you should be good.

13.3 is probably right about what you can expect with a good run and good 60ft times.

I only have 287/tq..
U dont have much more than me in N/A mods...why u have so much more torque?

ok well i guessed right..13.366 @ 105mph i was really suprised. 60' wasnt all that great a 2.0 considering on the factory goodyear tires @ 20psi. 1/8 was a 8.7 so all said and done i was happy of how the car went.

Now the bad news...we all come back to town and being in the racing mood decide to pick on the honda's, I went 4-0 even beating the new Mazdaspeed 6 turbo! but here about 12:30am i decided to run my friends LS-vtec integra for fun on my way home....2 times i ripped him to peices, 3rd time i set him out 3 and the kick...came walkin by untill i went into 3rd....yea it didnt go into 3rd...somehow i shifted into 1st and something broke..not sure what yet but we jus unloaded the car off the trailer and gonna take it back to Ford on monday....thank god for that warranty!

Not bad right at what you and i sad you sould go. I went a 12.21@112.16. I mad two passes on spray and when I went the 21 I was happy enough not t spray anymore. I was parked across from the bathroom. I was in front of the trailer with the bikes. My bike was the yellow and black one. It went a 9.05 on the stockmotor. I will post the ticket soon.

Procs2v, i think i saw you there, mine was with the sonic blue '04 gt, and a black 02 cobra w/ cobra r hood, i think i had the only stang there with stripes.

Procs2v, you gonna be at MIR this weekend? i'll be up there either Sat or sunday with my buddies lil brother and his N/A honda, last season he turned a 12.20.
