SLP "loud mouth" catback (94-98 GT)

Just wondering if these cat backs are 50 state street legal. Im guessing their not by the looks of them. But if they are, when i purchase this system will a street legal certificate be sent as well?

Through looking at all the other products im guessing they are not considering they basically have no constriction and say they have a very aggressive tone. It seems like the cat backs are legal.
