For an 03 GT, have any idea if anyone makes them at all?

I have seen a lot of "ducktail" spoilers for the 2005 models but not even one 2003 GT. Thats going to be tough to find if I were you i'd write a letter to CDC and get them to make one. Who knows maybe they will send you a prototype for free. We can all wish
