ok so The staff at Mustag Tuning makes these springs? I highly doubt Bob, chris and whoever at MT FABRICATES these springs. I dont think you are understanding my question. For example...the Mustang Tuning X-pipe is made by PYPES. Can anyone with understanding of my question answer this correctly. its not that hard.

MattJ do not reply as your answers are null and void.

OK now to be serious...

The springs were custom made by us and work about the same as the C-Springs do, but for less of a price tag. Same quality, and cooler looking spring

So the springs are made in-house?

Can you elaborate a bit on this? What material, Manufacturing processes and methods, effective spring rates. Progressive or Static rate springs etc.

Just trying to get the skinny on the newest available springs unless the information is proprietary. If that's the case I would love a PM with as much detail as can be provided. Interesting stuff. They are by no means easy to design/manufacture/test.

The springs are not made in-house. Most retail companies do not manufacture in-house, because the end cost to you the consumer would be exponentially higher, and the product may not be up to par with specialized companies. Instead, we have them manufactured by a specialized automotive spring company with many years of experience in the industry to give you the best quality springs you can buy. We worked hand-in-hand with their engineers through the design and testing process to ensure the Double D Series to be the very best daily driver springs you can buy in regards to cost, quality, ride quality, and handling. Obviously we can't give too much proprietary information away, but I'll double check on what we are allowed to leak. For now, we designed them to have similar properties, handling, and driving qualities to the Ford Racing C Springs.

We are also working on an ultra high performance spring that will be released in the future as the Z-Pro Series for those of us that prefer "spirited driving" over ride quality.
