Looking at them and going by the price they must be piggy back. The crank pulley alone from march is $120 shipped when i called them. I bought a new set off ebay for $50 shipped but it was missing the longer crank bolt. While i was on the phone with customer service i inquired about a new Non piggyback crank pully. He told me not to waste my money. I was thinking about getting the new crank pully instead of piggy back since someone says they are no good.

The customer service tech guy said they had no piggyback failures. And i havnt seen on any forums anyone crying about how their motor failed because of a piggyback, and mine goes to the rev limiter no problem. If the price was within $20 id go non piggyback. I paid $50 and i got 14 horsepower according to my gtech Performance meter and 2/10ths better in the quarter so my piggy back did the trick and is running fine. No joke i picked up in the quarter that much. So the gains are there and worth it.

The steeda non piggyback are $169 here, get those since the price is close, if i didnt get mine on a deal I would pay the little extra, just cause its less work. I did snap off a bolt sandwiching them together. My Ebay cheapies were missing a sandwich bolt and i tried to get by with a grade 5 and a snapped it and had to drill and easy out!!!
