Thumbs down Still waiting for my grill delete

I ordered my grill delete over two weeks ago and still nothing. I can't get anyone to answer the phone and the voicemail mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. Who can I get in touch with about my product? I want to get some cash back for such an inconvenience. This has been a horrible experience. I want to know what can be done. :angry4:

dude. chill. a horrible experience? hardly. 2 weeks is not a big deal . think about many factors...is it in stock? how far do you live? did you put the right address? did you email bob @ mustangtuning.com? i waited about 2 weeks for my catback so just wait another week or so, if it doesnt come then, then try to call again.

They said it'd be in the mail last Tuesday or Wednesday with the only email response I got. That's a week ago. The phone isn't working either. I just want to know where my part is and why I haven't gotten a tracking number.

if you dont have a tracking number then it hasnt been shipped yet. I cant help u since i dont work for them but i just say wait a week more. its just a grill, so nothing performance that you would need for a 1/4 mile run or anything. but saying its a horrible experience is a bit exaggerated

Let me rephrase....the experience hasn't been horrible...yet. It's the customer service has been horrible. One email response and their phones don't even work.

They just got more than 10" of snow dumped on them. Believe me when I say Mustang Tuning and Xoxide's customer service is the best I have ever seen. Give them time, they wont let you down.

I understand how you feel. However, with that said, I must give kudos to MT. I started a thread the other day similar to this but, I was a little more impatient. I placed an order this past Sunday and was worried I wouldn't get my wheels fast enough. I had e-mailed them and didn't get a response and had called and got the full voicemail box message. I finally got a tracking number last night. With that said......to my total surprise my wheels arrived today! Thumbs up on the quick delivery! I believe people should be recognized for the good AND the bad. The good: Fast delivery. The bad: terrible communication from company to customer.

Guys, I have been buying from them as long as anyone has. They have a small staff and they get swamped sometimes. MT could address this issue and hire more people, and then the prices would go up.

I waited for many of the things I ordered, but they always came and I was told they would be late. Most of the time, they showed up earlier then they predicted.

I agree with everyone else here, I have ordered from tons of places and had bad customer service everywhere else but here. I'm not saying that they may not be at fault here but I would argue that there reputation should get them a little slack. There is really only one guy who answers the phone during the day, so if he is on the phone with someone else, then you get the machine... I have had trouble getting through sometimes too, but just take a few minutes and call every five or ten till you get through. I assure you that if it didn't ship it was because of something well beyond there control. i.e. out of stock, bad weather, god needed the part too, you know something...

Im with everyone else, just be patient, and realize that they cant control mother nature or the electric company. Grill deletes are also a popular item and have been on backorder sometimes because of it. Just be patient. Chris and his team here have the best customer service Ive ever recieved. Sorry about your inconvienience.

Default Just show a little more patience

Due to the small staff and the recent snow storm (again), your order is just caught up in them being overworked. I had to wait a couple of extra weeks during the Christmas holidays for Rims I ordered from them. I had the same issue with no one responding to my e-mail or phone messages. But my stuff of course showed up, and I did get someone on the phone BEFORE I received my goods. It's hard to wait on things.....I know, I am very impatient also. But since you ordered it, payed for it, and want it......just be patient. As some of the other people have said, they (MT) are actually good people, just a little overworked, understaffed etc. Just my 2 cents.

MT#1 is right ..with thier small staff they keep prices rock bottom...its ONLY cause of the Snow STORMS they have been behind. And, I heard they lost POWER not to long ago which only makes more headaches. Mustang Tuning is the BEST Parts distributor. And I say that on the net and at the track.
I COULD wait 3 weeks for my package as long as the prices remain low.
And when They are NOT behind, I have only had Great Customer Service from them.

Gotta give them a break. Your getting rock bottom price and free shipping. I could understand if you paid for next day Fed-Ex or UPS, but you didnt. You chose to go with free shipping. Give them time, they are still probly diging out fo 5 feet of snow.

I live 30 miles from them. It snowed but it wasnt that bad. FEDEX and the mail still ran.

I ordered during the snow storm on a wednesday, They said they would have it programmed and out by the end of the week. It shipped on Monday. And i got it Yesterday.

Im a powerseller on ebay. FEDEX and USPS came to my house and ran everyday. I get more done when it does snow, since im stuck in the house.

If your order hasnt shipped then its backordered im guessing and they should email you and let you know. Nothing beats good comunication. Their other company www.xoxide.com gets stuff out like a rocket Same day and weekends. Im guessing it cant be the same staff or warehouse. Those guys custmer service and communication is amazing.

They do need to work on backorder or slow shipping communication or they will lose customers. Ive noticed a few people waiting too long on stuff and no response. But then their prices are rock bottom. So its hard to complain.
