Hey i am buying the 18X10 18X9 deep dish chrome rims from you soon. Does this set come with valve stems or center caps?

Center caps, not too sure on as of right now...

Valve stems, hit or miss. Sometimes they do, sometimes they dont.

hey how deep is the lip? is it 2 1/2 or 3 inch lip?
