rear control arms
they are a bitch to install well the arms them selves are pertty easy to install but the upper control arm bushings omg first i cant get them off now i cant get them on anyone have any experience with this at this point i am willing to try anything

use alittle lube. either some lithium grease of some sort, or even some wd40/pb blaster, the rubber sticks to the metal, so you want something to slick the rubber up. doing one at a time makes things alittle easier.

hammer and some bearing grease and bang them in there.

are you talking about the bushings in the rearend housing for the uppers? They can be a huge pain, they make an install tool (basically a screw/nut and some big cupped washers) that act like a little press and press them into the rear square. I forget who makes it but it was in a recent mustang mag article. If you're talking about the other bushings, then it's grease and a press/vice/hammer.

how bout a OTC type ball joint press. it even comes with the cups. You can even rent them at autozone
