I just put in a GT40 intake on a 1992 GT 5spd w/equal shorty headers, H-pipe, 70mm Maf,24lb injectors, 65mm TB., 373's. What's the vaccum reading at intake suppose to be? Also what should be the fuel pressure.Thanks.....

im still not getting the vaccum question?? but for the fuel pressure, what regulator do you have, and what is the stock setting that it comes with... also what size injectors do you have?? the bigger injector you go you will want more fuel to feed them at high rpm.. depending on the size of the injector depends on the size of the injector let me know

what does it do when it doesn't run smooth?? rough idle??? the first thing i would do is check the vaccum lines to the new intake manifold, because i know when i put mine on it ran really bad and it was because i had a vaccum line hooked up in the wrong spot.. then if that is not the problem i would set the timing back to stock unless you have a cam?? because i never had to touch my timing after i did all that work and if it still isn't right i would up the fuel pressure a lil bit probably to around 40-45 at most... let me know how it works out, also you might want to take some brake clean turn your car on and spray the brake clean on the vaccum lines and if the idle starts to jump or act up you have a vaccum leak and that can cause the car not to run right... let me know
