Default do 3:73 Gears Make a Big Difference?

How Much Time off of the quarter mile and 0 to 60 seconds Will 3:73 Gears Take Away on a 94 mustang Gt?

Going to 3.73 would be like a 99+ GT going to 4.10's if the 3.08 size is correct. Either way, you should notice a real difference with the new gears.

You probably have 3:27's, you will feel a big difference. 3:73's will give you a greater umph off the line. Trust me on that one.

there were two ratios offered 3.08 and 3.27

either way the gears will add some "oomph"

The 94s and 95s came with 3.08s. Go with the 3.73s best all around gears. People I know with 3.55s wish they had 3.73s and those with 4.10s wish they had 3.73s. 4.10s get you in and out of your power band to quickly. Other words a car with top end will pull away and keep pulling away. Peace.

Ahh, guys, all 94's and 95's came with 2.73 Gears. Cobras came with 3.08's

I believe until the 99+ they started coming with 3.27's stock from the factory.

Youll definately notice a huge difference. V8syndicate dropped his times but .5 a second witha 99+ car with 4.10s, so you'd prolly do something similar coming from 3.08's.

A lot of people overlook 3.90 gears. A great toss-up between 3.73s and 4.10s.
