Dude, Its not even worth the time nor the effort to take off your tires just to clean them. Just get some good polish like 03gtmustang said and ur good to go. Also you might want to check out Mothers powerball http://www.mothers.com/products/prod...ower_prod.html. You can get it at any autopart store, i think the cost is around $20 bucks. All you would need is cordless drill. I would honestly do that rather than remove each tire. So that's polish, powerball, and lint free microfiber towel and your set. Hope this helps.
