You got balls asking this question, that is for sure - lol BUT, I have to be honest. I did not know didly about cars when I was 16, so I feel for you at the same time.
Taking off a wheel is about as easy as it gets, but, it can be VERY dangerous and you can also really mess things up.
If I were you, I think you just need to find someone who can help you and then you will have one of those "I get it" moments and it will all make sense.
I would hate to see you muck up the bottom of the car because you jacked it in the wrong place, or drop it on a wheel hub, or brake a stud. Also, even trained technicians have been known to not install a wheel correctly to have it fall off when driving the car.
What part of PA you from???? I just moved from there last year.
