What you got is a locked sct programmer and an ecu that wont work. Unless you get him to reinstall the stock tune back his cars 96 ecu you cant do shit on your own with it.
You can however send it a tuner like justin at
www.vmptuning.com and he can unlock it and put new tunes on it for you.
