OK. I know that if I get the mail order SCT 4 bank chip..it will add more HP. How much more HP can I expect with my mods listed below?

Also. And because I am LIMITED on car engine knowledge, so dont make fun of me ..lol..........How exactly does this chip or ANY chip make more HP? It changes the CPU configuration to add more air into the engine and more fuel or what???????
